Monitor engagement metrics. Prepare monthly reports. Provide customer support. Previous experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Specialist, Digital Communications Coordinator, or Content Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
