We are bringing together top talent to grow together even further. **If you are interested in being part of this journey, join us.** #### **Responsibilities:** * Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems (Desktop and Server) * Configure physical and logical Ethernet networks * Configure switches and routers * Install and manage corporate antivirus solution * Install, configure, and manage corporate Wi-Fi solution * Configure new access accounts for corporate applications * Configure ticket management software * Configure and use infrastructure monitoring tools * Analyze and recommend new technologies (Software and Hardware) * And other responsibilities relevant to the role #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Information Systems, IT Management, Computer Networks, or related fields; #### **Desirable Requirements (Advantage):** * Knowledge of Windows / Linux operating systems; * Knowledge of computer networks; * Experience in end-user support; * Experience with incident management tools (GLPI); * Experience with environment monitoring tools (Zabbix/Grafana); * Proficiency in Office / LibreOffice application suite; * Knowledge of MIKROTIK routers #### **Required Competencies:** * Analytical ability and quick decision-making skills; * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively when facing new challenges and under pressure; * Communication skills; * Ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals; * Problem-solving aptitude; #### **What We Offer:** * CLT employment contract; * Market-competitive remuneration; * 44-hour weekly work schedule; * Work mode \- On-site * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Meal voucher;
