Opportunities for growth and ongoing training **Position: Sales Associate – Aesthetic Clinic** **Location: Recife** **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM \+ Saturday, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM **About the Position** We are looking for a **consultative Sales Associate**, communicative and results-oriented, to join our aesthetic clinic. The goal is to deliver personalized service, present aesthetic treatments, follow up with clients, and close sales in a welcoming and professional manner. **Responsibilities** * Conduct in-person, WhatsApp, and telephone customer service * Present aesthetic treatments and develop customized proposals * Perform lead follow-up and nurturing * Manage post-sales follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction * Achieve monthly sales targets * Support the team during clinic events and commercial initiatives **Requirements** * Proven sales experience * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Proficiency with WhatsApp, social media, and digital customer service * Enjoy interacting with people * Goal- and results-oriented **We Offer** * Fixed salary: R$ 1\.518,00 Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance * Aggressive commission \+ bonuses for target achievement * Ongoing training * Welcoming work environment and opportunities for growth Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance
