Job Summary: Professional responsible for driving and delivering vehicles, instructing customers on vehicle usage, and assisting in operational rental processes. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic work involving vehicle driving and organization **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Responsible for driving and delivering the vehicle to the customer, providing support and information regarding the use of services, equipment, and accessories of the rented vehicle. * Assist in driving the vehicle during pickup and return to the customer; * Guide the customer during boarding and disembarking, assisting\-them with their belongings, equipment, and luggage; * Instruct on the use of specific equipment and accessories of rental vehicles; * Assist in transferring vehicles between branches, fuel stations, and other service providers; * Assist in verifying and delivering vehicle documentation during rental processes; * Assist in inspecting fleet vehicles, indicating availability/unavailability, and supporting vehicle dispatch for maintenance procedures; * Assist in executing procedures for receiving new vehicles and all necessary actions to make them available for rental; * Open, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or ad hoc. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed High School education; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in customer service (retail experience is a plus). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Availability to work on a 6-day-on/1-day-off schedule; * Fixed salary \+ commission. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
