We're eager to get to know you. **Responsibilities and duties** * Propose improvements for processes within your area of responsibility. * Manage the ongoing project portfolio by monitoring deadlines and planned costs, identifying critical points, as well as coordinating and implementing changes to support decision-making. * Be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the area's project management processes and tools. * Provide information and analyses on the area's costs and expenses to support decision-making. * Conduct follow-up on ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with plans. * Execute routine project portfolio management tasks according to predefined planning and methodology, monitoring project outcomes and engaging stakeholders to find solutions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or related fields); completed or currently pursuing a technology degree in Industrial Automation or related courses. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in developing projects and methodologies in the industrial sector will be an advantage.
