Job Summary: Lead operational teams and drivers to ensure daily warehouse operations are executed with focus on safety, quality, and engagement. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and guidance of operational teams and drivers. 2. Securing docks and controlling vehicle entry/exit. 3. Promoting the company's culture, mission, and values. **Your Mission Here** Be the "owner" of warehouse floor operations for a shift. You will lead and guide operational teams and drivers during your shift to fulfill the daily mission as scheduled by the Supervisor and/or Operations Coordinator. **Key Responsibilities** * Fully understand loading, unloading, and material handling processes according to standards and procedures; * Stay updated on processes and request refresher training whenever necessary; * Lead by example, serving as a professional role model for the team while keeping them engaged and motivated; * Execute daily operational scheduling, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and expected quality; * ***Operate forklift equipment when required, provided you hold a valid mandatory certification and comply with IT SESMT 002 – Safe Forklift Operation.*** * Conduct shift handover, reporting current conditions and pending tasks; * Ensure teams follow inventory verification processes; * Ensure teams comply with Golden Safety Rules; * Ensure teams adhere to safety regulations; * Maintain a healthy work environment (cleanliness, organization, and care for supplies and equipment); * Act as dock guardian, controlling dock opening and closing; * Follow the schedule for vehicle entry and exit at docks; * Adhere to working hours, including start time, end time, and break periods; * Act as guardian of the Code of Conduct guidelines and promote the Dominalog culture, mission, and values. **Requirements** * Proven experience in logistics operations; * Advanced Excel skills; * High School Diploma. **Work Schedule** Monday to Saturday – from 08:00 to 16:20 Sunday to Friday – from 08:00 to 16:20 **What We Offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance** **Transportation Voucher** **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (no-cost options and discounted options available) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** available after hiring – choose your plan **Birthday Day Off:** one day off on your birthday, effective after 3 months **Domina Baby Program:** special newborn kit, effective after 3 months ‍ **Dad is Dad Program:** 10-day paternity leave, effective after 3 months **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
