The future is yours.** **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a Junior Logistics Analyst to join our team in Natal\-RN. Main responsibilities include: * Apply Lean methodology best practices in alignment with established standards; * Support training, capacity building, and performance monitoring of the scheduling and monitoring team; * Provide tactical day\-to\-day operational information to supervision and continuous improvement efforts, serving as the focal point for Control Tower group initiatives; * Schedule vehicles according to the specified volume cadence; * Analyze fuel volume cadence to meet base requirements; * Monitor weekly scheduled vs. delivered volumes (efficiency); * Validate scheduled volumes against vehicle availability in coordination with transport providers; * Develop management support tools to aid decision-making; * Track the evolution of average toll costs per route; * Monitor External Loading Orders (ORE) in SICOF for ANP reporting; * Monitor DFDV and SPOT FIXO contracts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics or related fields; * Experience in logistics; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Basic English; * Power BI is desirable; * Advantage: experience in programming and data management. **Additional Information** Meal allowance Lunch benefit Health insurance Dental insurance TotalPass (gyms and physical activities) Life insurance Funeral assistance (extended to family members) Legal, social, and psychological counseling Transportation allowance Family allowance Special child allowance Extended maternity leave Profit-sharing program (PPR) Private pension plan Seniority bonus We are one of Brazil’s largest fuel distributors, part of the Glencore Group — a multinational corporation and the world’s largest commodity trader and global leader in commodities.
