**Responsibilities and Duties**
We are seeking a Junior Logistics Analyst to join our team in Natal\-RN.
Main responsibilities include:
* Apply Lean methodology best practices in alignment with established standards;
* Support training, capacity building, and performance monitoring of the scheduling and monitoring team;
* Provide tactical day\-to\-day operational information to supervision and continuous improvement efforts, serving as the focal point for Control Tower group initiatives;
* Schedule vehicles according to the specified volume cadence;
* Analyze fuel volume cadence to meet base requirements;
* Monitor weekly scheduled vs. delivered volumes (efficiency);
* Validate scheduled volumes against vehicle availability in coordination with transport providers;
* Develop management support tools to aid decision-making;
* Track the evolution of average toll costs per route;
* Monitor External Loading Orders (ORE) in SICOF for ANP reporting;
* Monitor DFDV and SPOT FIXO contracts.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics or related fields;
* Experience in logistics;
* Intermediate Excel skills;
* Basic English;
* Power BI is desirable;
* Advantage: experience in programming and data management.
