**Responsibilities and Duties**
We are seeking a Junior Logistics Analyst to join our team in Natal-RN.
Main responsibilities include:
* Apply Lean methodology best practices in alignment with established standards;
* Support training, capacity building, and performance monitoring of the programming and monitoring team;
* Provide tactical day-to-day information to supervision and continuous improvement efforts, serving as the focal point for Control Tower group actions;
* Schedule vehicles according to the communicated volume cadence;
* Analyze fuel volume cadence to meet base requirements;
* Monitor weekly scheduled vs. delivered volumes (efficiency);
* Validate scheduled volumes against vehicle requirements in coordination with transport providers;
* Develop controls to support management decision-making;
* Track the average toll cost per route;
* Monitor OREs (External Loading Orders) in SICOF for ANP reporting;
* Monitor DFDV and SPOT FIXO contracts.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields;
* Experience in logistics;
* Intermediate Excel proficiency;
* Basic English;
* Power BI is desirable;
* Advantage: experience in programming and data management.
