Development of professional experience in a structured environment We are offering an internship opportunity for analytical, organized students interested in process improvement, working in a structured environment with a focus on operational efficiency and innovation. **Eligible Majors:** Production Engineering; Administration; Information Technology; Other Engineering disciplines. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies from the 4th semester onward Interest in process management, indicator analysis, and routine optimization Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail **Responsibilities:** Assist with the following activities: * Analysis of workforce and machinery sizing; * Application of time-and-motion study methods and operations research; * Participation in process mapping and flowchart creation; * Contribution to preparing disconnection reports and performance indicators; * Support in developing action plans and operational procedures; * Preparation of operational manuals; * Identification of automation and process optimization opportunities; * Collaboration in reducing failure risks and standardizing internal processes. **Specific Knowledge Requirements:** Basic understanding of process management Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Flowcharting tools (Visio, Bizagi) Basic programming knowledge (KNIME, Python) Fundamental knowledge of Artificial Intelligence **Internship Schedule:** Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM **or** Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday, 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM Weekly workload: 6 hours per day **Work Location:** Northeast Administrative and Logistics Center \- BR 304 Highway, No. 100, Encanto Verde Neighborhood \- Parnamirim/RN, ZIP Code:, Parnamirim \- RN, 59149\-890 **Benefits:** Internship stipend: R$ 1\.000,00 Transportation allowance: R$ 100,00 ️ On-site meals If you wish to gain practical experience in process management, data analysis, and continuous improvement, this is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your academic background and professional experience.
