**About the Role**
The field assistant is responsible for supporting operational and technical activities associated with the installation and maintenance of solar power plants. This includes mapping and prospecting land with potential for new projects, conducting inspections and preparing technical reports for urban properties, monitoring outsourced teams and utility company personnel during construction and grid connection activities, and supporting logistics for on-site material receipt and organization. Additionally, the role involves performing technical inspections of operational photovoltaic power plants, contributing to project quality, safety, and smooth execution.

Salary: R$ 2\.200 \+ hazard pay
Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location: On-site \- Natal/RN

**Requirements**
* Completed Technical Education in Electrotechnology;
* Technical knowledge of photovoltaic systems;
* Field experience, including inspections or construction monitoring;
* Strong communication skills and proactive attitude;
* Valid driver's license categories A and B (mandatory);
* Willingness to travel and perform external activities.
