Monitors construction projects and utility company teams **About the Role** The field assistant is responsible for supporting operational and technical activities associated with the installation and maintenance of solar power plants. This includes mapping and prospecting land with potential for new projects, conducting inspections and preparing technical reports for urban properties, monitoring outsourced teams and utility company personnel during construction and grid connection activities, and supporting logistics for on-site material receipt and organization.
