Seeks dynamism, organization, and a results-oriented mindset. **REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING ESTIMATOR TECHNICIAN** * **Work Location** Natal/RN. * **Employment Type** Employment regime: Permanent (CLT) **Schedule/Work Hours: Full-time, 44 hours per week** Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48\. * **Main Responsibilities (Duties)** Prepare checklists, materials, and supplies related to maintenance activities in the area; **List and specify items, obtain price quotations, issue technical opinions, and prepare procurement maps for materials, tools, equipment, and instruments;** Estimate and analyze material, labor, and service costs; **Prepare and submit technical estimates/proposals to internal and external clients;** Organize and track submitted proposals; **Contact and visit clients and suppliers to negotiate and finalize proposals;** Prepare and review technical reports (KPIs) related to the area; **Prepare other technical documents for the area;** **Mandatory Requirements** * Education: Technical degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanics or related fields; **Practical application knowledge of equipment: Split-systems, “Splitão”, Self Contained (Selfs), Rooftops, Fancoils, and VRF/VRV systems;** Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or similar applications (especially spreadsheet creation and manipulation) * **Desirable Requirements** Knowledge of electrical and civil construction budgeting will be an advantage; **Personal mobile phone availability for control app usage;** Driver’s license, Category B. **Minimum Behavioral Competencies:** * Dynamism and agility in performing daily tasks; * **Results-oriented focus;** Ability to manage multiple demands and meet deadlines effectively; * **Operational responsibility and discipline;** Conflict resolution capability; * **Organized and detail-oriented;** Teamwork skills; Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
