Maintenance Technician

The Praiamar Hotels Group, recognized for excellence in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The professional will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities of the hotel's facilities, ensuring that all areas and equipment function properly and are always in perfect condition, providing comfort and safety to our guests and employees. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on hotel equipment and systems, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, elevators, and security systems. * + Respond to urgent repair requests, such as electrical failures, leaks, and air conditioning system issues, to ensure guest comfort. + Monitor and ensure proper operation of systems such as water pumping, heating, refrigeration, and fire alarms. + Carry out adjustments and repairs requested directly by guests, such as lighting repairs, lock repairs, and other infrastructure items. + Ensure all repairs and maintenance are carried out in accordance with safety standards and local regulations. * **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed technical education in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, Refrigeration, Plumbing, or related fields; * Previous experience in building maintenance, preferably in hotels or large companies, is a plus; * Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems; * Ability to work with hand tools and specialized maintenance equipment.
