A Helper (caregiver) role supporting classroom organization, assisting teachers in pedagogical activities, and promoting student autonomy in a bilingual school setting.

Position: Helper (caregiver)
We are Natal's first bilingual school and the sixth Maple Bear school established in Brazil. We operate in early childhood education and elementary education (initial and final years).

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Assist in organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the classroom environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for students.
Prepare and distribute teaching materials according to instructions from teachers and the pedagogical coordination team.
Support teachers in pedagogical and routine activities, such as student arrival and dismissal, snack time, hygiene, and recreation.
Accompany and assist students during in-class and out-of-class activities, promoting autonomy and positive social interaction.
Observe and report student behaviors, difficulties, or progress to responsible teachers.
Participate in pedagogical meetings, training sessions, and workshops when requested.
Support the organization of school events, field trips, and other institutional activities.
Perform other tasks compatible with the nature of this position, as required by the school.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education.
Strong communication skills, patience, and proactivity.
Interest in working in the educational field, with willingness to learn and collaborate with the pedagogical team.
Prior experience working with children in school or similar settings is desirable.

Previous participation in educational projects, volunteering with children, or recreational activities.
