Maintaining organization and optimizing material flow. **MISSION:** Load, unload, and physically organize shoring and scaffolding equipment, ensuring material integrity and yard efficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in manual transportation of light components; * Learn to identify different types of props and accessories; * Remove debris and residues from equipment returned from construction sites; * Monitor the process of material counting and sorting; * Keep lashing and loading tools organized; * Load and unload materials following safety regulations; * Group components by type and size to facilitate dispatch; * Report damaged materials or those heavily covered with concrete/dirt; * Assist in securing loads onto transport vehicles; * Operate manual material handling equipment (pallet jacks); * Verify received materials against the return manifest; * Identify and segregate materials requiring maintenance or painting; * Organize storage to optimize inbound and outbound flow; * Guide drivers on vehicle positioning for loading. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed elementary or high school education; **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** * Ability to follow verbal instructions; * Visual attention; * Basic knowledge of material verification and counting. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Employment type: CLT * Work location: BR 304 KM 296 B \- DISTRITO INDUSTRIAL I \- Grupo Unimetais \- Macaíba/RN * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:18 AM to 4:48 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. * 50% Hapvida health plan coverage * 50% Unidentis dental plan coverage * Transportation routes available for certain areas of Natal and Greater Natal Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.680,00\ per month Workplace: On-site
