




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for customer service, allocation processes, registrations, payments, and document organization. Key Highlights: 1. In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service. 2. Execution of allocation processes and registrations. 3. Organization and archiving of departmental documents. Requirements: \- Completed high school education; \- Computer literacy; \- Customer service experience is a plus. Responsibilities: \- Serve customers in person, by telephone, and via WhatsApp; execute allocation processes; receive documentation and perform necessary registrations; process payments; transfer or modify consortium plans; archive departmental documents. Compensation: Commission-based salary + Meal Allowance (VA) + Transportation Allowance (VT) + Health and Dental Insurance. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
