If you enjoy caring for people, possess a welcoming demeanor, and resonate with integrative health and well-being, this opportunity may be right for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle initial contact with leads (via WhatsApp and phone); * Direct patients to the appropriate workflows; * Organize and monitor appointments and consultation confirmations; * Ensure patients receive all necessary instructions before and after consultations; * Keep medical records and registrations up to date; * Serve as the liaison between patients and clinic departments; * Guarantee a warm and professional experience from the first contact through post-consultation. **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience in customer service or reception (clinical experience is a plus); * Proficiency in WhatsApp Business and fast typing skills; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Welcoming, organized personality with attention to detail; * Proactivity and ease in interacting with diverse patient profiles.
