Responsible for managing relationships with active customers (B2C), ensuring an excellent experience. Strategically act on cancellation retention by understanding reasons, offering solutions, and reversing cancellations. Conduct both inbound and outbound interactions, always focusing on empathy and problem resolution. Identify opportunities for customer loyalty and reactivation. Monitor satisfaction metrics (NPS, churn, average handling time, retention rate). Record and track interactions in internal systems. Collaborate with customer service, sales, and marketing teams to enhance the customer journey. Perform tasks relevant to Customer Success Assistant routines.
