Promotion of compliance with regulations and guidelines About the Position: Perform preventive and corrective actions on residential construction sites, promoting worker health and safety, with emphasis on accident reduction and compliance with legal regulations and internal company guidelines. * Monitor occupational health and safety indicators; * Inspect construction sites, identifying unsafe conditions and providing immediate corrective guidance. * Inspect company premises, facilities, and equipment, assessing working conditions to identify accident risk factors. * Conduct onboarding for new employees, communicating company safety rules and site-specific risks associated with house construction. * Deliver Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) focused on daily tasks and related risks. * Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans related to occupational safety. * Control the use and distribution of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), ensuring all employees are adequately protected. * Investigate work-related incidents and accidents, preparing reports and proposing corrective measures. * Prepare technical inspection, accident, and non-conformance reports, maintaining up-to-date records. * Monitor and record accidents and incidents, conducting investigations and issuing Work Accident Reports (CATs) when necessary. * Advise site supervisors, foremen, and operational teams on best safety practices. * Deliver mandatory and periodic training, such as NR-18, NR-35, NR-33, NR-06, etc. Benefits * Performance bonus * Career development plan * Meal allowance * Fuel allowance * Beauty allowance Technical Skills * Conducting training and DDS for operational teams - Intermediate * Conducting training, managing and controlling PPE and CPE, and delivering DDS for operational teams - Intermediate * Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation and Regulatory Standards (with focus on NR-18, NR-35, NR-06, and NR-33) - Intermediate * Preparing and monitoring the Risk Assessment Program (PGR), Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO), and other legally required documents - Intermediate
