Job Summary: The Stock Replenisher will be responsible for customer service, stock replenishment, cash register operation, expiration date verification, security, cleaning, and sales support. Stock replenishment Ensure products are organized and available to customers by restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store. Cash register operation Record customer purchases, accept payments in cash, credit or debit cards, issue receipts, and process exchanges or returns. Expiration date verification Check product expiration dates, ensuring expired items are removed from shelves and properly discarded. Security Monitor the store to prevent theft and ensure the safety of customers and staff, following company-established security procedures. Cleaning and organization Maintain a clean and organized store, including cleaning display cases, shelves, counters, and common areas. Sales support Assist sales staff in preparing products for display, setting up promotional displays, and executing sales campaigns. Compliance with policies and procedures Follow company policies and procedures, including safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
