Job Summary: The Transportation Analyst is responsible for supporting driver recruitment, managing routes, monitoring operations, ensuring vehicle maintenance, as well as conducting training sessions and preparing reports. Real-time monitoring of operations Opportunity – Transportation Analyst \- Shopee Location: Natal \- RN Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the recruitment of partner drivers, daily management of routes and schedules, monitoring of loading and deliveries, resolution of operational conflicts, real-time monitoring of operations, guiding drivers on app usage, and ensuring periodic vehicle maintenance. Conducting training sessions and presenting reports/indicators. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields; experience in fleet, transportation, or related operational routines. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and KPI tracking.
