




Job Description: **Summary of the role:** We are seeking a professional responsible for producing pizzas and dough, ensuring food quality, workspace organization, and efficiency in daily operations. It is essential to follow internal standards and collaborate effectively to maintain an efficient and well-integrated production process. **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare pizzas and dough according to company recipes and guidelines; * Clean, cut, and prepare ingredients used for assembly; * Keep the work area consistently clean and organized; * Request replenishment of materials and supplies as needed; * Store products appropriately, maintaining expiry date control; * Strictly follow technical specifications, respecting quantities and measurements; * Perform other tasks assigned by the Pizzeria Manager. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in pizza production; * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and professional demeanor; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Benefits:** * Health insurance (50% company-subsidized, with payroll co-payment); * Dental insurance (free for the employee); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (at no cost); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working hours:** * 3:00 PM TO 11:20 PM (6 DAYS ON / 1 DAY OFF) * 4:00 PM TO 12:20 AM (6 DAYS ON / 1 DAY OFF) **Compensation:** * Salary ranging from R$ 2,299.18 to R$ 3,299.18, depending on experience; * Average monthly commission of R$ 750.00; * Potential for additional earnings based on performance and goals.
