Responsibilities and Duties * Register and maintain customer data; * Enter and update price lists, tariffs and commercial terms in the system; * Table parameterization; * Preparation of quotations and BIDs; * Documentation organization; support to manager Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education (college degree in Logistics, Administration or related fields currently in progress is desirable). * Prior experience in administrative or logistics routines. * Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, management systems). * Organizational skills, attention to detail and accountability. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Desirable Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration or related fields. * Experience in transportation, distribution or warehousing companies. * Familiarity with logistics KPIs and data analysis. * Proactivity and ability to handle operational contingencies.
