




* Perform cleaning and maintenance activities; * Use cleaning and maintenance materials in appropriate quantities for each occasion, avoiding waste; * Collect and store garbage; * Supervise garbage collection; * Keep cleaning equipment always clean and dry; * Wash trash bins periodically or whenever necessary; * Keep pantry equipment and utensils always clean and dry; * Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, rooms, equipment, and furniture; * Immediately carry out cleaning and organization in case of emergencies; * Provide pantry and kitchen services, such as preparing coffee and snacks, serving team members and clients during meetings, washing dishes, setting tables, organizing utensils, and other related duties; * Assist with loading and unloading items, as needed; * Maintain facilities and report issues, such as clogs or wear of daily-use materials; * Separate materials for recycling or disposal, supporting sustainability practices; * Maintain plants and gardens; * Perform other related activities.
