**Job Description – Supervisor** We are seeking a **Supervisor** to lead teams, organize daily activities, and ensure that processes are executed with quality, safety, and within established deadlines. The professional will be responsible for overseeing operations, guiding team members, and ensuring compliance with goals and internal procedures. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the team in its daily activities. * Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure execution quality. * Track activity progress and identify needs for adjustments. * Train and guide employees according to company procedures. * Control the use of materials, equipment, and resources. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational best practices. * Prepare production/service reports and report information to the immediate supervisor. * Assist in activity planning and continuous process improvement. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in the field is desirable). * Prior experience in team leadership. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and decision-making capacity. * Knowledge of safety regulations and operational routines in the field. * Skills in conflict resolution and people management. **Preferred Qualifications (Optional)** * Courses in leadership, team management, or occupational safety. * Experience in the same industry as the company (e.g., construction, logistics, manufacturing, cleaning).
