**About the Position** Instituto Aurora, a leading neuropsychology clinic in Rio Grande do Norte, is seeking a **Social Media** professional to create strategic content for our social media platforms. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content—particularly for Instagram. Key responsibilities include: * Visual content production in **Canva** for posts, stories, and promotional materials; * Recording and editing Instagram videos, including reels and stories; * Writing captions and scripts for videos and posts; * Monitoring interactions, responding to comments and messages to strengthen audience engagement; * Planning an editorial calendar aligned with the clinic’s strategies; * Analyzing metrics to assess post performance and suggest improvements; * Collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns and institutional content. **Requirements** * Proficiency in **Canva** for visual material creation; * Ability to record and edit Instagram videos (experience with CapCut or similar software is a plus); * Creativity and proactivity in developing engaging content; * Strong organizational skills to adhere to the editorial calendar and manage multiple tasks; **Working Hours and Location** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM * Working hours: 8 hours per day (44 hours per week); * Employment type: Full-time, CLT contract; * Work mode: **On-site**, Avenida Amintas Barros, 3700, Corporate Tower Center.
