Job Profile We are seeking an **Inside Sales Consultant** to join our commercial team. This professional will be responsible for managing the **entire sales cycle** in a **receptive** manner, converting inquiries and opportunities generated through our digital channels into closed deals. * **Operational Model:** 100% receptive and digital. * **Industry:** Vehicle Logistics (Car Carrier Trucks). Main Responsibilities * Initiate contact and conduct **negotiations** with customers (individuals or businesses) actively seeking our vehicle transportation services. * Manage the commercial transaction from start to finish, using online platforms (including chat, email, and phone/WhatsApp communication) to present proposals and **finalize contracts**. * Provide detailed clarifications regarding the transportation process, **delivery timelines**, and required **documentation**. * Monitor and efficiently manage the sales *pipeline*, ensuring organization and **continuous follow-up** of opportunities. * Collaborate closely with the logistics operations team, ensuring accurate transmission of all customer and transportation service details.
