Job Description: * Completed technical training or ongoing degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; * Minimum 1 year of experience in the role; * Experience using integrated systems and WMS-type systems; * Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, category B. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior work experience in the medical-hospital products sector is desirable. * Issue electronic invoices according to system-based transaction records; * Receive material requests per standard procedures and prepare materials for fulfillment; * Monitor temperature of thermosensitive materials both before shipment and upon delivery to the customer; * Count surgical instruments and materials used in procedures, manage inventory levels, coordinate sterilization shipments, and ensure timely restocking; * Monitor product expiration dates and move materials as directed by Management; * Perform inter-branch material transfers when necessary; * Complete shipping and reverse logistics dashboards via system, mobile applications, or Office spreadsheets; * Identify and flag unlabeled materials observed in inventory; * Verify shipment documentation (materials and equipment) prior to vehicle loading; * Review the legal documentation of the company-provided vehicle and report any discrepancies to responsible parties; * Inspect the company-provided vehicle—checking tire pressure, headlight functionality, water, fuel, oil, and additive levels—before starting the route, and adjust/refill fluids as needed; * Complete the daily vehicle checklist for the vehicle under your responsibility; * Monitor vehicle temperature when transporting thermosensitive materials; * Operate the vehicle under your responsibility to transport, collect, and deliver the Company’s products to customers; * Verify, deliver, and collect customer documents, including electronic invoices, invoice stubs, and product liability agreements; * Operate ramp-type devices for material handling within the vehicle; * Plan and organize delivery routes and material distribution to internal and external customers; * Drive the vehicle under your responsibility to partner car wash facilities for periodic cleaning and supervise the service; * Report to Management any abnormalities observed in the vehicle under your responsibility—including warning lights or sounds, unusual noises, or other indicators suggesting the need for minor preventive or corrective maintenance—or potential mechanical issues; * Drive the vehicle under your responsibility to partner service centers for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and supervise the service. 2512110202491913390
