Issue detailed reports on identified damages, including photos and supporting documentation. Track damage-related metrics and propose corrective actions jointly with involved departments. Support reimbursement processes and negotiations with carriers, suppliers, and customers. Update internal systems with information regarding incidents and resolution status. Assist in root-cause analysis and prevention of future damages. Maintain clear and objective communication with operational and administrative teams. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields currently in progress is preferred). Prior experience in administrative or logistical routines. Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Power BI). Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
