This is a **senior** position with strong strategic exposure, directly responsible for the **management and optimization of the company’s road and rail transportation operations**. You will take a leading role in developing analyses, negotiations, and reports that **impact tactical and strategic decisions**, interacting with key business areas and leadership. **Responsibilities and Duties** If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy working with data, negotiation, and delivering real impact on results — this role is for you. * Lead **road and rail transportation contracting processes**, including drafting, analyzing, and managing contracts. * Evaluate and negotiate **contractual clauses**, SLAs, remuneration models, and operational measurements. * Develop **cost, scenario, and performance analyses**, supporting tactical and strategic decision-making. * Structure, monitor, and report **logistics and contractual KPIs** to Management and executive forums. * Prepare **executive reports and management presentations**, focusing on efficiency, cost, service level, and risk. * Participate in projects related to **logistics efficiency, network optimization, and continuous improvement**. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply, Commercial, Legal, and Finance teams. * Work in a high-accountability environment with clear goals and challenging deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Statistics, or related fields. * Solid experience in **transportation, logistics, or supply chain**, with focus on contracting, costs, or performance. * Advanced Excel skills and experience in data analysis and database manipulation. * Knowledge of Power BI and PowerPoint for analytical and executive presentations. * Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and clear communication skills. **Preferred:** * Knowledge of **applied statistics, scenario modeling, or predictive analytics**. * Familiarity with **report automation, data modeling, or database integration**. * Basic programming knowledge (SQL, Python, or similar). * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Main Benefits:** * Meals at the company cafeteria; * Meal allowance; * Unimed Health Plan (no fixed deduction for employee and dependents); * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Funeral Assistance (extended to relatives); * Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); * Total Pass; * Hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote); * Seniority bonus; * Goord-Card (with discounts at select companies); * Extended maternity leave; * Extended paternity leave; * Family allowance; * Childcare or babysitter assistance; * Exceptional child assistance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Legal, social, and psychological counseling services.
