Your main responsibilities will be: * Clean and sanitize the dining area, kitchen (walls, floors, countertops, and equipment), cold rooms, freezers, storage areas, restrooms, doors, windows, and external areas under Serlares' responsibility, before and after meals; * Collect, sanitize, and replace trash bags, disposing of waste according to selective collection guidelines; * Monitor and complete the checklist and work schedule; * Restock and replace coffee bottles; * Support the production area in sandwich assembly, meal packaging, and juice preparation as needed; * Weigh food waste for monitoring and reducing food waste.
