Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the yard and workshop, assisting in the movement of parts and engines, and ensuring a safe working environment. Waste management and tool maintenance Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the yard and workshop, assisting in the movement of parts and engines, and ensuring that the working environment is safe and functional for mechanics and engine rebuilders. * **Industrial Cleaning:** Perform daily workshop cleaning, removing oil residues, grease, and iron filings from floors and workbenches. * **Parts Organization:** Assist in chemical cleaning of engine parts (blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts) using washing machines or manual processes. * **Logistical Support:** Help with loading, unloading, and moving heavy engines and components (using carts or hoists). * **Tool Maintenance:** Assist in organizing and storing tools and equipment used in engine rebuilding. * **Waste Management:** Collect and properly dispose of oily rags, used oil, and other materials, following company waste disposal regulations. **Requirements** * Physical fitness for heavy labor and handling loads. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Prior experience in workshop, metallurgical, or engine rebuilding environments is desirable. * Commitment to safety standards (use of PPE).
