Job Description: The construction laborer will be responsible for assisting the team with daily activities, providing operational support, organizing the work environment, and performing simple tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. Responsibilities: Assist in organizing, cleaning, and general maintenance of the work environment. Transport, sort, and store materials as instructed. Support the team in carrying out operational tasks. Perform loading and unloading of materials when required. Keep tools and equipment clean and organized. Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. Requirements: Completed or ongoing elementary education. Flexible availability for working hours. Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks. Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in this role.
