Organize and manage decorative materials We are looking for an organized, proactive, and creative Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of our institutional events. If you thrive in dynamic environments, pay close attention to details, and enjoy transforming ideas into memorable experiences, this opportunity may be perfect for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in organizing, planning, and executing events; * Support the development and updating of the annual event schedule; * Contribute creative ideas for visuals, strategies, and initiatives related to events and school celebrations; * Monitor setup and teardown of event activities; * Prepare checklists and gather necessary materials for each event; * Provide direct operational support to coordination teams; * Organize and manage decorative materials for thematic events (e.g., June Festivals, Christmas, Mother’s Day, exhibitions, etc.); * Update spreadsheets and tracking documents in Excel or Google Sheets; * Participate in creating and producing artistic materials (cutting, gluing, painting, etc.); * Support logistics, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables maintain high quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Excel and Google Tools; * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously; * Proactive, creative, agile, detail-oriented, responsible, and collaborative mindset; * Strong emotional self-management, especially on event days. **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract; * 44-hour workweek; * Benefits: Meal allowance, health insurance, dental insurance, transportation allowance, birthday leave, and profit-sharing program (PLR).
