Ensuring safety and quality in fueling operations A technology and human resources solutions company is seeking a Station Manager in Natal. **Responsibilities:** Supervise daily station operations. Responsible for managing the team's working hours. Responsible for fostering a pleasant work environment. Directly involved in team recruitment. Responsible for receiving fuel. Monitor inventory and coordinate deliveries. Assist in vehicle refueling. Responsible for coordinating team work schedules and preparing the monthly shift roster. Ensure safe fueling procedures. Ensure proper functioning of the entire fueling area. Responsible for product quality sold at the station, in compliance with regulatory agency standards. Ensure attendants are prepared to conduct quality tests. Act to protect assets and employees; therefore, verify that camera systems and alarms are functioning properly. Ensure the team consistently wears required uniforms and PPE. Previous experience as Station Supervisor, Station Coordinator, Station Leader, or Station Manager may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. High school diploma required.
