You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and dispatching products in our warehouses. Apply now and become part of the Autoglass Group! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Sort and allocate received goods onto shelves or designated areas:** Receive, verify, and organize products in the warehouse according to the company’s organizational system, ensuring easy access and order. * **Load and unload goods from trucks/trailers:** Responsible for loading and unloading products from transport vehicles, handling goods carefully to prevent damage and following safety procedures. * **Package goods for transportation:** Properly package goods for shipment, using specific packaging materials and techniques that ensure protection during transit. * **Perform and maintain warehouse or dispatch area cleanliness and organization:** Keep the workspace clean and organized by performing regular cleaning tasks and arranging the warehouse to maximize efficiency and minimize accident risks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Willingness and motivation to work; * No prior experience required; we provide training and qualification; * Availability for occasional travel and training; * Availability to work on Saturdays. **Bonus qualifications:** * Skill in handling fragile boxes/products; * Experience in logistics; * Ability to propose process improvements. **Desired Competencies:** * **Organization:** Maintain the workplace and products in an orderly manner, facilitating product location and handling. * **Attention to detail:** Carefully observe product and packaging specifications to ensure accuracy in organizing and shipping goods. * **Material handling skill:** Ability to efficiently handle and organize goods, using appropriate equipment to ensure safety and correct handling of items in the warehouse. * **Proactivity:** Anticipate needs, such as restocking packaging supplies or adjusting warehouse organization, to keep operations running smoothly without interruptions. * **Teamwork:** Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure warehouse activities are performed efficiently and harmoniously. * **Creativity:** Apply innovative and creative solutions to improve organizational efficiency, making processes faster and more effective. **Additional Information** **What does the Autoglass Group offer?** * **To support your physical and mental health:** Health insurance and dental plan, extendable to dependents; Psychological counseling; Pregnancy program with extended maternity leave; ‍ Wellhub (discounts at gyms). * **To support your daily life:** Transportation allowance; Meal or food allowance.
