Here, we build lasting careers and relationships. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Plan, develop, and implement training and development programs for employees at all organizational levels; * Identify training needs in collaboration with departments and design content aligned with Grupo Queiroz’s strategic objectives; * Deliver both in-person and distance training using modern methodologies and technological resources; * Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through indicators and feedback, proposing continuous improvements; * Manage the training calendar, ensuring proper organization and communication with participants; * Promote leadership development initiatives and onboarding programs for new employees; * Partner with managers to support competency development and career planning. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proven experience in training and development, preferably within large companies or retail; * Knowledge of teaching methodologies, facilitation techniques, and e-learning tools; * Strong ability to communicate clearly and didactically, along with interpersonal relationship skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). #### **Desirable qualifications (differentiators):** * Certifications in training, coaching, or human development; * Experience delivering technical and behavioral training in the retail or food industry; * Knowledge of behavioral profiling analysis and performance evaluation tools. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. #### **Benefits:** * Monthly/quarterly merit-based bonus tied to departmental performance results; * Hapvida health plan—50% covered by the company, private room for the primary beneficiary; * Queiroz Birthday Kit. #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM \| Sat: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM — totaling 44 hours per week
