




Job Summary: This professional will handle communication and organization to qualify leads, provide initial consultative support, and organize documentation for tax diagnostics. Organize documentation and schedule meetings with teams * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on empathy and clarity; * Organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when using CRM systems and managing documents; * Proactive mindset, results-oriented, and interested in commercial processes; * Ability to follow established processes while also thinking critically when required; * Prior experience in consultative sales, commercial support, or pre-sales is desirable; * Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus; * Ongoing or completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields is advantageous. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and qualify leads from various acquisition channels (inbound, referrals, campaigns, etc); * Register and update leads in the CRM, ensuring complete and organized data; * Provide initial consultative support, understanding the leads' primary needs; * Conduct structured follow-ups to ensure continuity of the sales pipeline; * Request and organize necessary documentation for tax diagnostics; * Schedule qualification meetings and diagnostic presentation meetings with technical/commercial teams.
