Job Summary: Maple Bear, a bilingual school in Natal, is seeking a Helper (Caregiver) to assist with daily school routines, support teachers, and foster student development. Key Highlights: 1. Promote students' autonomy and positive social interaction Position: Helper (Caregiver) We are the first bilingual school in Natal and the sixth Maple Bear school established in Brazil. We operate in early childhood education and elementary education (initial and final years). Our vision is to be recognized by families, students, and staff as the best option for early childhood and elementary education in Rio Grande do Norte — both for learning and for working. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the classroom environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for students. Prepare and distribute teaching materials according to instructions from teachers and the pedagogical coordination team. Support teachers in pedagogical and routine activities, including student arrival and dismissal, snack times, hygiene, and recreation. Accompany and assist students during activities both inside and outside the classroom, promoting autonomy and positive social interaction. Observe and report student behaviors, difficulties, or progress to responsible teachers. Participate in pedagogical meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities when requested. Support the organization of school events, field trips, and other institutional activities. Perform other duties compatible with this position, as required by the school. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Strong communication skills, patience, and proactivity. Interest in working in education, with willingness to learn and collaborate with the pedagogical team. Prior experience working with children in school or similar settings is desirable. **Additional Information** Previous participation in educational projects, volunteering with children, or recreational activities.
