You will be responsible for managing the team, conducting strategic supplier negotiations, and ensuring process efficiency across the holding. You will handle budget control, monitor KPIs, develop cost-reduction initiatives, collaborate with internal departments, and support strategic projects. If this describes you, this opportunity may be right for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Promote and embody the organizational culture within the team (Mission, Vision, and Values); * Foster sectoral development; * Conduct internal meetings with the team and internal clients; * Manage the team (set goals, monitor performance, develop competencies); * Plan and execute procurement processes for all companies within the holding; * Negotiate with suppliers to secure better commercial terms and delivery schedules; * Ensure adherence to procurement calendars and internal policies; * Monitor inventory, lead time, and service level indicators; * Support supplier qualification and evaluation processes; * Control the procurement budget and propose cost-reduction initiatives; * Interface with Planning, Finance, and Logistics departments; * Project development. **Competencies** * Interpersonal skills; * Leadership experience; * Strategic business vision; * Proficiency in data analysis. **Requirements** * Prior experience in procurement is desirable; * Prior team management experience is desirable; * Driver's license category B. **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Ongoing postgraduate studies are desirable.
