





Provide solutions that deliver the necessary quality for the system to functionally meet client requirements. * Fix issues requested by the support team; * Maintain new solutions and integrate systems; * Proactively and reactively develop improvements to the core system; * Support internal company departments in resolving platform and/or database system issues; * Provide client support to develop programs addressing small, specific needs; * Provide client support to identify solutions meeting requirements identified during negotiations; * Collaborate with the sales and post-sales teams to produce projects that enhance client adoption of system functionalities; * Formulate and document improvements implemented in the core system and in client-specific requests; * Translate projects into highly functional code using the system’s appropriate programming language; * Periodically test code to ensure it delivers desired results and perform necessary debugging; * Execute updates to make the system more secure and efficient; * Ensure maintenance and development of delivered tasks are fully operational, delivered on time, and meet quality and cost requirements; * Record and update daily all system-developed infrastructure and application-specific implementations for requested tasks, enabling real-time updates for all stakeholders involved in development and client feedback;
