RESPONSIBILITIES: The professional will operate the saw to perform precise meat cuts, adhering to safety and quality standards. Duties include: handling equipment such as electric saws for cutting large pieces while complying with safety regulations; preparing cuts; performing standardized cuts according to customer and store requirements; ensuring equipment and workplace cleaning and sanitization; properly storing cuts in accordance with preservation standards; collaborating with the team to maintain department organization. The goal is to ensure high-quality, safe, and timely cuts aligned with departmental demand.
