Our selection process is now fully digital, enabling you to complete it from anywhere. **What are the responsibilities of this role?** * Perform analysis, control, and execution activities for procurement operations, including service contracting and material procurement, aiming for the best possible price, quality, and delivery timeline, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in procurement, preferably within civil construction. **Day-to-day responsibilities include:** * Developing new qualified suppliers capable of delivering services and selling materials, whose documentation complies with organizational norms and requirements; * Analyzing the scope provided in procurement requests and verifying assumptions and constraints with internal clients; * Quoting materials, services, and rentals at the lowest feasible cost, within the requested timeline and required quality, seeking preferably a minimum of 3 (three) quotations; * Issuing Purchase Orders and/or contracts to selected suppliers; * Promoting partnership agreements to establish more favorable long-term commercial terms; * Conducting quality assessments of supplier-provided services and purchased products; * Analyzing process improvements and performance records to enhance productivity; * Adhering to and safeguarding the procurement department’s procedures and regulations; * Ensuring all performed procedures comply with company policies, procedures, regulations, and applicable laws; * Participating regularly in training on ethical practices and compliance; * Reporting irregularities or suspicions of bribery, maintaining confidentiality; * Performing other duties inherent to the position.
