Autonomy, self-management, and results orientation are essential; the candidate must be execution-oriented and agile, with strong communication skills and initiative to drive improvements and develop the Human Resources area. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Responsible for conducting recruitment and selection activities, training, performance evaluation, as well as implementing and managing HR subsystems. Also lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop and execute organizational culture and internal marketing programs, and conduct climate surveys.
