Maintaining continuous communication with the research center and leadership Job Description * Plan, organize, and conduct home visits for clinical studies, including scheduling and confirming appointments with participants; * Verify equipment and materials, and perform pre-visit preparations; * Collect and record data, complete forms, and submit documentation within established deadlines; * Maintain continuous communication with the research center and leadership, reporting incidents and adverse events; * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, good clinical practices, infection control, and confidentiality; * Manage visit logistics, maintain proper storage of supplies, and deliver ethical, safe, and respectful care to participants. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Nursing; * Valid Class B driver's license and personal vehicle; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Good interpersonal skills.
