Maintaining an ethical, respectful, and humane attitude **Description:** We are seeking a **Hospital Orderly** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for the safe and humane transportation of patients within the hospital facility, contributing to the organization of medical services and ensuring comfort, safety, and efficiency during internal transfers. **Responsibilities:** * Transport patients on stretchers, wheelchairs, or beds between hospital departments (inpatient units, operating rooms, diagnostic imaging, emergency department, etc.). * Assist in safely accommodating patients during transport, observing their clinical conditions. * Maintain the conservation, cleanliness, and organization of stretchers, wheelchairs, and related equipment. * Support the nursing team as needed, following instructions from responsible professionals. * Adhere to patient safety protocols, biosafety standards, and hospital infection prevention measures. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Report any incidents or needs observed during transport. * Maintain an ethical, respectful, and humane attitude when interacting with patients and their companions. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Experience in this role or in a hospital environment is a plus. * Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with the public. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills. * Good communication skills and professional demeanor. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Training in Hospital Orderly or Hospital Services. * Basic knowledge of first aid and patient safety. * Prior experience in hospitals or clinics.
