As a Production Coordinator, **you will be responsible for:** Controlling inbound and outbound raw material flow; Managing raw material extraction at the mine site and inventory control; Overseeing calcination production flow with production targets; Managing factory production flow, quality control, and target enforcement; Setting priorities; Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance; Managing asset inventory and stock levels; Conducting training, enforcing PPE usage, and ensuring workplace safety; Managing leave schedules and hour banks. Working Hours: **Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break).** Employment Type: **CLT.** Requirements * Experience in the field; * Completed high school education; * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering ***is a plus;*** * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills; * Ability to make decisive and agile problem-solving decisions; * Proficiency in management tools such as Excel and production control systems.
