Our purpose is to promote societal well-being and preserve lives. **Apply now and embark on this journey with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As Infrastructure Supervisor, your focus will include:** * Receiving corrective and preventive maintenance requests from departments and distributing them to assistants and helpers, providing clarifications when necessary; * Reviewing project documentation to convey essential information to the team, enabling flawless work execution; * Defining tasks for each team member based on their technical skill level and expertise, ensuring service quality, safety, and efficiency; * Providing technical support to field teams during maintenance and service deployment processes to minimize uncertainties and guarantee quality and safety in task execution; * Supervising maintenance and deployment teams during road signage operations—including traffic channeling—and overseeing all work to ensure necessary safety conditions; * Assessing the area where the munck truck will be positioned (secured to the ground), verifying soil and/or pavement conditions to ensure required safety standards and prevent accidents; * Operating the munck during installation and maintenance at height when ladder use is not feasible; * Conducting effectiveness tests on cables and sensors using specialized instruments (multimeter) to ensure proper installation; * Documenting all operational activities via checklists, reports, and relevant tickets, verbally updating the immediate manager on progress to meet internal control requirements; * Ensuring field activities strictly follow executed and vertical/horizontal signage projects so all applicable standards are met; * Inspecting the vehicle under your responsibility per checklist to ensure safety of personnel involved; defining and guiding equipment and tool storage organization to improve handling, loading/unloading efficiency, safety, and longevity; * Reporting to the area manager regarding material, tool, and equipment needs for activity execution—always doing so with sufficient advance notice to enable timely decision-making and action, preventing disruptions to scheduled activities; guiding sensor and pipeline cut sealing using asphalt heaters and other equipment/tools to extend sensor life, protect pavement, and prevent workplace accidents; * Performing other duties related to the position as required by the department or directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Relevant work experience; * Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance; * Willingness to travel; * Driver’s license category D. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Basic civil construction knowledge; * Project reading ability; * Basic computer skills. **Work Location:** * **Mobit Natal:** R.
