Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct occupational medical examinations: admission, periodic, return-to-work, change in occupational risk, and dismissal exams; * Manage and technically coordinate the PCMSO; * Evaluate and monitor workplace accident cases, including analysis for CAT issuance, where applicable; * Manage absences, referrals, and worker follow-up with the INSS; * Technically analyze social security benefits and decisions, supporting potential contestation processes; * Evaluate and monitor employees with labor restrictions, those undergoing job reassignment, and those returning to work; * Assess and classify Persons with Disabilities (PWD); * Issue technical opinions and support occupational medical demands and legal proceedings; * Analyze health indicators, epidemiological data, absenteeism rates, and trends in worker illness; * Understand production processes and assess possible impacts of activities on employee health; * Participate in health and occupational safety committees, forums, and meetings; * Support compliance with legal requirements related to Occupational Health; * Participate in maintaining and updating health contingency plans and protocols; * Provide technical support for third-party release processes and review of occupational and social security documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Medical degree with active CRM registration; * Specialization in Occupational Medicine with active RQE registration; * Experience in Occupational Health and corporate outpatient clinic management; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation applicable to Occupational Health; * Knowledge of PCMSO, medical evaluations, and INSS-related processes; * Management profile, analytical capability, and strong communication skills. * Company's Articles of Incorporation. **Additional Information** **Location:** Position for client VESTAS, Parnamirim \- RN **Schedule:** 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
