A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking a Store Supervisor in Natal. RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Manage the store operations. Assist with store opening and closing procedures. Direct and oversee service delivery by all employees assigned to the store. Assist in organizing, controlling, and distributing all tasks among store employees under supervision. Assist in monitoring inventory flow within the store. Control the use of machinery and equipment available in the store. Recommend replacement of defective machinery and equipment, and assume responsibility for their respective repairs or replacements. Identify products and equipment requiring procurement. Represent the store before administrative and judicial authorities regarding any issues arising therein. Assist with goods receipt and release. Impose disciplinary penalties on employees working in stores under supervision. Act as the company's legal representative (preposto) in judicial proceedings of any nature, when designated by Management or Executive Leadership. Report employee absences and inappropriate conduct observed among supervised staff. Evaluate the performance of supervised employees, suggesting disciplinary sanctions or contract terminations where appropriate. Attend performance review meetings and operational adjustment sessions with employees under supervision. Monitor cash register closings. Assume responsibility for cash collection and forwarding funds to the treasury department. Assume responsibility for customer interactions within the store departments under supervision. Report directly to Management and/or Executive Leadership in cases exceeding one’s authority or when formal authorization and/or guidance is deemed necessary. Perform other tasks assigned by leadership related to the role. Tasks relevant to standard Store Supervisor routines. Position based in Natal / RN. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Store Coordinator, Team Leader, or Sales Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
