The challenges of the role are: * Provide consulting to stores with maximum frequency, guiding, training, and verifying the application of standards, OMS, and VM concepts (coordination, symmetry, aesthetic sense) through the 360º checklist; * Participate in store renovations and openings, delivering stores with excellence and aligned with VM concepts; * Analyze competition; * Train store teams on VM; * Use VM tools (Stream and Yammer); * Update capacity in the system; * Comply with defined layouts and maintain correct capacity; * Stay updated and connected to the fashion universe; * Provide field information to the Operations VM Manager and Regional VM Supervisor; * Deliver goals with quality and on time (VM in stores); * Create a schedule to be constantly present in stores under your responsibility; * Use and maintain all VM materials (equipment, mannequins, splash, peripherals, etc). 251023020220792569
